Requirements
A Non-Refundable Retainer is required at each booking to secure your time & date. If this is not paid within 24 hours of booking, your date/time will be cancelled. Unless we have made other arrangements.
Retainers are non-refundable under all circumstances.
A contract will be emailed to you and must be completed and signed upon paying the non-refundable retainer. Within 24 hours, or your session will be cancelled.
No Show/No Call:
these are considered a forfeited session ( no refund).
I do have a $25 cancellation fee for any last-minute (which means day of) cancellations. This will have to be paid in order to book in future session.
Rescheduling:
Must occur within 24 hours of session. Limited # of reschedules.
Emergency/weather expectations are at Photographers discretion.
Session Length:
Time limits will be enforced. No extensions, especially if another session follows. You can add on extra time for a fee.
If this becomes a reoccurrence, you will be required to pay in full up front.
I do NOT do refunds. It is your responsibility to review my work to ensure we are a good fit.
Gallery delivery will occur between 3-4 weeks on normal sessions. During busy season, TAT is 4-6 weeks. IF you need a gallery rushed, a fee will be applied. Galleries are open for 3 months. A re-open fee applies after that. Galleries are stored for 1 year.
Photo Sneaks will be posted to my business Facebook page, if you do not want this, you MUST tell me beforehand.
No RAW images will be provided. An allotted number of photos will be set for each package, you will have opportunity to purchase full gallery.
I own ALL rights in all images created. No editing, cropping, filters, etc. will be allowed, by copyright laws.
